I think was done in a hurry as Mantle did not need the cash. Cygnet probably called up Mantle and said you know that placement that you will need to do next financial year, well we want in NOW and we want it at 10c. Mantle probably had a look at the SP and respondend, well its trading above that, how about we give it to you at 13.5c and throw in some options.... Deal done.
