The so called lame announcement with regard to the jorc being released in March 2012 is a red herring IMO.
Any one with any brains who followed and researched PEK would have known that it wasnt possible to be any earlier as they at that stage had only just completed the first round of drilling with the next to be in the dry season 2011 with the final results of that program only being released to the market last week.
The big issue is that the March jorc is only the initial jorc with further major drilling proposed for the dry season 2012 so we may get an updated jorc early 2013.
PEK and the other REE stocks were all hammered down along side many other junior explorers during 2011.
Every second stock on the ASX has bots from time to time so this so called manipulation is not just isolated to PEK.
