Hi All,
Looks like 10M shares plus at 3 for 4 options thats another 7.5M in the future for total 17.5M extra shares is abt 12% dilution all up. Thats not so bad - it gives the money to continue drilling program and will give exposure in the states. With the US government deeply concerned regarding REE supply, this will give them the heads up that PEK is willing to partner and could help start to gain a lot more interest in the US. DOD is currently looking at REE deposits/companies with a view to obtaining strategic holdings in this sector so into the future this will be positive for PEK re exposure.
S/t the price is most likely to see weakness to the 48c level.
