Havn't had a chance to read all the posts yet but just wanted to add I think this is positive news.

"This exposure into the North American financial market represents a significant milestone for Peak in acquiring international support for the company’s growth plan into the future."

Nothing wrong with this to gain greater international support and exposure.

So we have an additional 18.6 million oppies onto the register. We also have an additional 8.3 million shares also on the register.

Cash at bank will be up to roughly 9.5 million. The new oppies will bring about an additional 10 million cash which of course will happen at some point because no way will we stay under 55 cents. I am super busy atm so I can't run through past announcements to see how many shares are on issue but we might have around 225 million shares fully diluted? Thats nothing in the bigger scheme of things.
