I am sorry but for all the door opening this placement does, why do they have to throw in cheap options as a sweetener? That to me says there is risk so the guys throwing the money in want to be able to get big bang for their buck. If the resource was legit, massive, not going anywhere, etc then the right investor would have paid a premium to get their hands on it, not a discount, and not with sweeteners.
Sorry, can't get excited over the placement. Time will tell.
