This is possibly good news moving forward and speeding up production etc with access to money for more rigs etc but for those who bought in recently be prepared to watch the value of this drop dramatically in the short term.
Every one of these placements I have been involved in have near enough halved the current SP value - few years back Lynas was 90c and they issued at 45cents. A few other less notable ones recently were near enough to half.
Lets hope this management backs the value they have been accumulating recently and don't drop their pants like everyone else....
I'm holding and hope they are smarter then the rest...thus far they seem to be.
