I think the CR will be good as well, though i expect the SP to sit around the CR price for a while after trading starts again. If the Cr is at 1P x $10 ($280mill or approx 75c) or higher then i'm comfortable with that. Less than that and I will be dissapointed with management.
Also, a sophisticated investor coming onboard I would guess would give confidence to others of same ilk to buy into MAD.
