I didn't see this coming in light of management anns and the trading pattern. I'm still far from a sophisticated investor, but I'm intelligent and keen to learn.

I assume from your comment that you did see this coming. I do know better than to try to get all of my learning from forums but if the level of sophistication, knowledge and experience that you have attained doesn't put you in a position to help people who, like me, are trying to improve theirs, who is?
