Hi Olseadog,

I agree with your reasoning, that - IMO - the DFS is more likely to come about mid-june as opposed to early.

ASSUMPTION: Thor need cash by mid June, which is the cash transfer date in the recent ANN.

Logic:

1) If Thor could have released the DFS before mid june, they could have raised the cash with half the MC dilution
2) The discounted stock went to "friendlies", so they are less likely to cash once the DFS and subsequent ann's are released; vis-a-vie
3) DFS is more likely post 14th June..

IMO - my best guestimate is sometime between 14th and 21st June..

In the meantime, top 'em up if you can !!
