LionGold have recently acquired SBL and their "associated company" Infiniti Resources has put $5Mil into HEG for 29% and a seat on the board.
Next step maybe an all script takeover for shares in LionGold which trades on the SGX.
I wonder if LionGold will be chasing a seat on the board of CTO.
