My initial reaction was whose running this company,
The Three Stooges,
The two guys out of dumb & dumber.
How could they make such an insane decision.
Probably would have opened in the 30's & possibly gone to 40, so, `WTF'.
But what I think it was, is a little thankyou, `from us to you' for your arduous efforts in assisting Metgasco.
Would have looked a bit sus to do a raising at 20cents if the SP was 40 or 50 cents.
So in hindsight management was just doing what had to be done, and provides the company with some future leverage.
