having read some of the threads, Im a little confused as to what the issue is. I don't know if many people take the time to speak to the CEO, but i did when I saw the release, as I to had concerns, but after understanding the reason behind it, i couldn't be any happier.
Sure, i understand dilution, but the did the notes at 10c and they raised at 10c, Im also familiar who the backer was, and although Baker and Young did participate, there is a greater story and GREATER back to all of this.
Getting the shareholders to assist in a raise IMO serve no purpose. The company didn't go out and seek the funds, it came to them.
In any case, I cant speak on the company's behalf, but from the feedback I get from the CEO, Ascalon is going well and Nycolon is going even better. Ive go my fingers crossed for the level II military contract they are for tender on now.
