    Yeah, sorry about that. I was being a bit facetious.

    Of concern to me though, is that as far as I can tell this court proceeding is all about allowing NT holders additional time to appeal against the grant of the permit. Happy to be corrected on this.

    On past experience, you would have to say that if an extension of time is granted we could be waiting another 3 or 4 months. Happy to be corrected on this too.
