I was confused by the statement:

"Neither the Company nor Resource Capital Fund VI L.P. (RCF)
announcing that RCF will not proceed with its “larger funding package”
as announced on or about 01 July 2013;"

Whats does that mean??

If RCF are going to fund a larger chunk of the capital for Keysbrook how cheap will they get it for? Looks like they dont want to pay much at all.

i guess our lesson is if they can get the heads cheap then so can we. No doubt if they want to pick up say $20m at 1.5c the market will value MZI down accordinly.

I just wish i had my money in the heads rather then the options.
