Whats does that mean??

Really good question - i take it to mean they will not fund the development of Keysbrook, which was one of the Banks criteria. So another announcement from MZI where deadlines come and go. It also seems MZI where desperate for cash as Argonaut have already lent them the money.

Tell me I am wrong. Shattered with MZI.
