So how is this going to work...
At current prices of 4-4.1c, people participating in the full placement of $15K at 3.2c will be in profit of ~$4K.
I think there will be quite a sell off to 3.2c once shares are placed if the SP remains at current levels.
So who the hell is buying shares at these prices? I suspect the SP would fall close to the issue price prior to placement.
