Have just reread the notes on the general meeting down for the end Aug .
Surely they are not going ahead with the placement of 40 mil @ 0.5c' given the current share price ,
They are putting it to the vote , anyone that knows they are in line to receive some would surely vote for it , then sell down their current holdings .
Not a bad discount on current price if you can get it
