Yes, I expected that would be the case, to target oil until JV on Niobrara/ pipeline sorted for gas.

If they hit oil in Pierre formation, and already proved hydrocarbons in both Vert and Horizontal Niobrara wells, then maybe they are looking for a major JV for whole project. Seems to be what I got from RC message.
