placement

My theory is Neo is doing another placement, once this is complete the information will start to flow.
I could be wrong but time will tell.
Neo need money to continue with their drilling program, if a plaement is indeed true it could be positive because they will have money to do what they need to.
As I said before plenty must be going on behind the scene.
