    Agree Jaded, looking at $1m/17c = 5,882,352 shares, assuming approx 1000 SH's then-
    if shared equally would be 5882 shares per holder, so even if not every SH subscribed it still wouldn't be
    a large holding. Hope my calcs and spelling is in order, happy to be corrected.
