Wildyxxd ...................... 4m shares at .17 would be ~10% holding which would indicate an corner stone investor which in my opinion is to cheap!!!! ................. I would've expected that the corner stone investor would be paying a premium over the SP (~22 to 25 cents min) at present and; as mr_delta requested is this just your understanding or do you definitely 'know' that this is the intention???
