What's with the bull about the funds being used for construction and commencement of commissioning of the plant? Basically we have had none of that happening as far as I know. These kind of false statements do not give me any confidence as I have already regretted believing what management says - buying shares in the belief that they were being used for the same thing and then discovering that they in fact needed another 15 mil to complete the plant.
