Once you're offered a placement you are deemed to have inside information. But if BQT is touting a placement currently they would be in a trading halt.

Its inevitable that they will have to do something - you don't need to be a rocket scientist to see from the last Quarterly that they are nearly out of cash again. The only real question is - what load of cr ap is Mr Genner going to offer the market as hope that they might even get their money back little less make a profit.......

Having said that - any sophisticated investor that took a position in BQT would need to urgently get that title checked, ROFLMAO!!
