I think a placement is the most likely reason for the halt. UEQ just announced a placement of 46 million shares for 50 cents to raise a whooping 23 million.
In my view, what we're seeing is a serious race amongst the junior u exploreres to bring home the bacon as soon as possible. There's only a finite amount out there and there will undoubtedly have to be a consolidation of companies down the track. Those who get in first will have a huge advantage.
That's my view anyway.
