    "I don't care about the placement price, I do care about the dilution - already at 503 million fully diluted, pity if over dilution kills this stock...."

    Try asking Owen Hegarty of OXR if that was his (or those of faithful investors) concern when the mighty OX had more than 1 billion shares on issue and was still languishing at 40 cents.
