I reckon the institutions will be falling over themselves to get in line for this one.
See the new presentation and post aquisition enterprise value of $466M.......if my number crunching is right, that would come in at around 150 cps including new shares.........so to pick up shares around 135 is a good for them and individuals who take up the offer.
This does not include exploration upside........so I guess the current sp still looks good.
I will be happy to pick up more shares on the dips........thanks in advance.......:-)
