A little disappointed with the price given the SP was on the move and maybe a week later they could have set the placement price higher. But at the end of the day there are not too many companies that could conduct an early capital raising for 6.6 million shares (minimal dilution in the overall scheme of things) and turn up $4.4 mill. It is good to have this bedded down when the market is so toppy. I'd be surprised to see any concerted selling following this announcement since the register is a fairly tight ship with many such as myself wanting to see this one out. Learnt a lot from the uranium boom and will now take those lessons into the fertilizer (agriculture) boom. Number one - greatest profits are made by setting early and forgetting.
