I freely admit that the outcome is far better than I expected. Holders can take some heart that they were able to raise this cash, albeit at a 20% discount, but it could have been far worse. I read between the lines that the con-note offered by the Singaporeans must have been too harsh for the people at View to handle. But, I must say that they must have been able to demonstrate the details of operational improvements to the satisfaction of the recipients that we are not privy to.

I couldn't find any mention of who brokered this raising and find that interesting.

However, I maintain that this is it. They will not get another chance. They will have to make this work or face the consequences - no more rolls of the dice.

I hope it works out for all holders, if they are successful it could be very profitable BUT by no means out of the woods, the axe is in the air.
