You dont understand the announcement. Next week (wed Oct 29)determines who is entitled o participate in the plan. The actual issue price gets set over the 5 days before the date of issue. The issue date will probably be the day after the AGM so the price will be set based on the price aroung the time of the AGM.

This is exactly the same method RDF used last year.
