Good price $1.05???????????

I have to say im extremely DISAPPOINTED at the discount that the shares have been offered at, if anybody tried to pick up just 1 million shares the price would be $1.40 and 10 million shares have been offered at $1.05, why wasnt this offered to existing holders? again im extremely disapointed at the such low price, the offer should not have been less than $1.25, anyway its no use getting annoyed, just have to look forward and wait for the drilling results now, i hope that patterson's dont just ofload their cheap shares into the market as they have been known to do.
