Im happy that the placement was done as the company needs cash to progress, the placement isnt the problem, its just the discount, i would be certain that every shareholder would have taken it up at $1.05, just would have been more paperwork, i can understand the easy nature of going with a broker but we paid fee's and its just at such a discount, i just cant beleive how low it was.
