we all agree that Patterson's got a sweet deal, it does seem very cheap, however the cheap price could have been struck in return for BRM to have a supporting broker, i dont know anything about Patterson's but im still hoping that they get rite behind BRM and start promoting BRM to their client's, if this happens BRM will be $2 before we know it, Patterson's will make way more money by retaining the placement and promoting the company than flogging the stock at the $1.20 level.

Time will tell but im remain optomistic about the placement to Patterson's and think that this could very well turn out to be a good move by the company.
