SPP limited to 116k odd shares, only a drop in the bucket to loyal shareholders.
Log Creek to maintain its percentage shareholding in the Company. So there holding will increase substantially from 54 mil, an excellent vote of confidence for the management.
They obviously don't need a large amount of money, may be because orders/sales in Q4 2007 are going gang busters.
Why would you sell to make up a few extra points, me I'll add and happy too.
