yes its a good move
it explains the insider dumping last week after the news( they bought it back at 4.3c in placement )
if they wanted a small raising they would just have the spp capped at 2 million. They havent..... They have raised a million and put in an open ended spp.
They know they have 1000 shareholders ( annual report ), they know the take up is 60-75% . The maths is easy
