    I think last Monday was the last day to qualify. It takes 4 days to register as a holder, so if you weren't holding on Monday you don't get the offer.
    The SP will probably drop to the SPP price anyway (usually does) so others should be able to buy on market. Unless SBN want to make another announcement that will prop the price in the short term.
