    Since the placement is $0.03, what does this mean for the current shareholders? Are we actually worst off? Should it be at least we get perference when it comes to such kind of issue? Why do new investors get chepaer shares with free option and the market is currently trading at $0.036? This doesnt make sense.... anyone with me?
