    Boom trader, this share offer is not offer to sopshicated companies. Its offer to almost anyone, including new trader like myself. I can now subscribe to the new shares at $0.03 with free options when the suckers in EXM has paid more dearer price. Its just not fair. If the announcement comes out, it will be worst because it will mean new investors getting all these free lunch when current investors should have them
