Yep this stinks. As mentioned explains the difficulty of this shareprice to push forward. Why this is open to everyone and a rights issue not presented I don't know. Why they would announce a placement at 3c when the shareprice was recently 4.7c and before drilling results which would have pushed the price up, I don't know.
This is going back to 3c for certain, probably less.
