I would never say that to average down is a good policy.
If the trend is down, then you should let go.. But todays action would appear to be the result of a general market meltdown and the 10c hangover.
I bought today, only because i can see past the next week or so and i have yet to find someone who can pick a bottom.
Look at the company its asset and its campaign and likely success and you can anwser your own question.
