    Very frustrating to say the least.

    However a slice of the offshore blocks on offer is most encouraging as is the refinary, both dont come cheap.

    "CityView has been offered participation in four offshore blocks under terms which are at
    present confidential The blocks are currently being evaluated by CityView’s technical team"

    Im keeping my eye on the prize.. What a story if it all comes together.
