True. After starting this thread yesterday I asked the same question to someone who deals with IIN. Obviously the decision to issue at $1.60 was made a few weeks back - it takes a minimum of 5 weeks to arrange a shareholders meeting - so the Directors couldn't have counted on the price running up to the high $1.80's in the intervening period. Downward pressure this morning has probably answered the question, but divvie payments and great long-term outlook remain unchanged.
