Not an easy market to get cash in at the moment. I'm surprised they were able to raise $450k at 7c in current climate. Absolutely no chance of the investors being able to sell to make a quick profit at the moment.
It goes back to what I've said in previous posts, it is absolutely crucial that they don't expand or acquire any more companies at the moment. They seriously need to settle down and bed in their recent acquisitions and become cash flow positive, then get the share price up and then look at capital raisings with further acquisitions.
I am happy to help fund the company in the future but I was not prepared to give them much money in this raising until they can prove that they have got sales orders firmly signed up and that they will be profitable in the near future - I've been burnt too many times in the past by other companies.
Obviously if banks are reluctant to give them loans they will find it pretty hard to find investors to give them funds at a price much better than 7c
Saying all of the above, I still believe they have a massive future and hope the share price will be 20c+ by the end of this year
