The board of Ansearch Limited (ASX: ANH) last night resolved to go ahead with a placement
of shares in the company, in the amount of approximately 13% of the issued capital. This
process will commence this morning.
I would like to request a trading halt on Ansearch Limited (ASX: ANH) shares for a 48 hour
period pending a further announcement.
The company intends to make a further announcement as to the outcome of this action either
on Monday afternoon or else prior to trading commencing on Tuesday morning which should
result in a request for the trading halt to be lifted.
The company is not aware of any reason that the trading halt should not be granted.
