I think there needs to be clarification in the guidelines as to instances of flamin - personal - ramping Etc:

I get sick of seeing people tell blatent lies about a stock so they can get shares at lower prices. Scaring people who do not have much idea about what is going on with a share price.I also hate reading posts when it is obvious they have done no research and post making out they know everything about that stock.

I was suspended after having a go at koro who was trying to scare people into selling SDL shares,he has done it several times and has done it a few times after I was suspended.
I complained to the Mods about them still doing it but nothing gets done.

I was suspended for 7 days when I told him to find a brain because I was sick of seeing him trying to rort people out of their hard earned money.
