To me it looks like a rather rushed and quickly put together placement. Some would consider this is a bad thing ....which it is in a way. But to me it also seems to sat that Brett ws probably expecting to get some cash by now from another source. It indicates to me that the signing of a deal could be very very soon especially considering how this placement is only enough to keep solvency...not to really do anything long term.
