Hi! Chatzboy, Sorry to sound too literary but the pig analogy comes from the famous book Animal Farm by George Orwell. You are spot on but the only issue is that these Directors never told us that all animals (shareholder/employees/board) are equal but some are born more equal than others. Great that this guy gets it for 17c and we have to convert ours at 25c plus the 3c we paid for the options up front.
