    It will go to Chess Capital Partners and there customers, how do you know they will sell for a few cents? The shares havent been issued yet and it was Chess Capital Partners that put a valuation of over $4 on RFE. So I don't think they will be selling for $1.21

    Dont make stupid claims about the management of this company because they have done a great job to get RFE into production.
