In talking to executive director Andrew Radonjic, about that very fact. He said it was merely to give them the right to issue shares, as most companies have available to them. They do this so that if in the next 12months they need funds, they do not need to hold another meeting. He said that at this time they had no need of funds, since the nickel explration would be funded by JV partner. The funding they have would be sufficient for other prospects, and there was a possibility of other JV. He also stated that it is their hope that the SP will improve sufficiently to enable the OPT's to be converted prior to expiry in MAR 05.
