hmm all was quiet on PRAN until @ 1:45 EST when it suddenly took off, heavy trading and volume.
I wonder if someone has finally realised that the placing took place at @ US$1.70 and the share price was only US$1.28 ?
Or maybe there is other news a foot?
Either way its taking heavy volume to move it up and only light volume to move it back down
