Who hasn't read the CR/RI information, nor understands that the CR is offered at 20% premium to current SP?
The only value I see is if you think paying the premium for return of Option is good value?.................YES/NO
The decision then lies on why is our Sp less? What is missing? Where is the results? Incentive? Etc.
The statement of funds going to company, this will occur either way, but for a % for underwriters fees.
